We deliver the goods by post and via Matkahuolto, according to the offer.

1-3 days in Finland. In addition, specify the delivery method Posti or Matkahuolto when ordering.

Returns
The transaction is binding and the seller has no obligation to accept the return, unless it has been separately agreed upon. The goods delivered in accordance with the agreement will be taken back and refunded only on the condition that the seller has accepted the return. Such goods can only be taken back if they are in their original packaging and condition.
If the seller has accepted the return, the name and address of the buyer, the reference or invoice number, the reason for the return and the person with whom the return has been agreed must be mentioned. In addition, returns regarding maintenance and warranty must include a defect report. Incomplete returns and not presented.
Returns must be sent by regular mail, freight prepaid. The seller does not refund the return shipping costs. The products to be returned must be packed separately, e.g. in the original mailing packaging. The products themselves or the product's own packaging must not have address labels, etc., i.e. the product to be returned with its packaging must be salable.
The products have a 14-day return right from the date of purchase. The warranty period is 1 year. Before returning the product or sending it to warranty service, contact us using the contact form, email or phone, and we will check the right to return or the warranty and provide return instructions. Please note that simply returning the goods, or not picking up the package without a separate notification, does not fall within the scope of the right of return.
Once you have received confirmation of the return from our customer service, you can return the order. In that case, include the following information: a copy of the order receipt or another list of products to be returned and your contact information (name, address, phone number) so that we know who the return came from.
After an approved return, we will return the purchase amount within about 1-3 days. If the transaction has taken place by direct invoicing or bank transfer, we need the account number for the refund. Transactions where Paytrail, Klarna or PayPal payment has been used, the refund will be processed through their service.
